MamaDoc Warm/Cold Breast Ice Packs

Ice works to reduce inflammation around the area of injury. An ice pack can also work to numb the area of pain, creating an analgesic effect. The icepacks are 6 3/4″ in diameter. Our ice/heat packs are specially designed for the breast. They can be used cold to ease engorgement and heated to help with “let down” during nursing.Ice/Heat Packs may be heated to encourage “let down” during breastfeeding. Place packs in hot tap water for 3 minutes, remove packs from water, pat dry and place packs on breast– not directly on skin. Get a set of 2 ice packs. Ice Packs come 2 in a Set.
